The PPC640 originally had, even then, an out of date Intel 8088 clone. That being a NEC V20. More exactly it's a Sony CXQ70108 (2.75Mb PDF Datasheet).

The reborn one was going to have an 8GB Raspberry Pi 5 as it's brain but that was disregard due to its power consumption issues (it needs 5A at 5V). What is now going in is a Raspberry Pi 4 - still with 8GB but needs a lot less power to run and has an audio jack!
