With a RFID reader installed & test software written the PPC can now read the information on any card / fob waved near it.
The Next Step
With a TFT screen, the plan is to mane a collection of cards linked to a MySQL database table that'll read the ID number (and possibly the data on the card) & then display an image / GIF / video on that screen.
Unfortunatly, the screen is somewhere between China & the PPC. When it does arrive then the final stage, maybe as some lighting maybe involved using a string of WS2812B LEDs, will be completed & the construction of the monster will actually begin.
